Dermatitis - An inflammation or irritation of the skin.
Dermatophyte - Fungus that causes ringworm.
Dew claw - Extra claw, the rudimentary toe or hallux (corresponding to the big toe in man). Located near the carpus or below the hock and is usually removed when puppies are a few days old.
